Not only is this hurting gaming console manufacturers, smart phone makers and many other companies it’s also impacting the production of new vehicles. Not just Ford vehicles but the majority of manufacturers and will do so for the coming months.

So what does this mean for us, and for you?

We will soon start to see stock shortages across several of our Ford nameplates as this computer chip shortage continues to impact our industry and the ability to meet customer demand.

As your local Ford vehicle supplier we feel it’s our duty to advise you to consider any timing plans you may have for vehicle replacement in the next six to nine months.

It’s important that you consider the options available to you now and order any specific vehicles to avoid disappointment so it’s ready for when needed.

We understand this news is disappointing and will add delays to future orders, but rest assured the semiconductor providers are building out more capacity over the coming months.
