Vehicle Sales Enquiries -Customers are now able to contact our Digital Sales Team with any new or used car, van or 4×4 enquiries who will be able to assist with all enquiries including bespoke videos of vehicles of interest, quotes and also take your deposit to secure a vehicle in readiness for delivery once lockdown has been lifted.

Dear valued customers and friends,
Like all businesses within the UK, Hills Ford have been closely monitoring the impact that COVID-19 is having on our business, colleagues and customers. We respect the Government’s self-isolation message to all UK citizens and our departments will be closed until otherwise instructed it is safe.
This is a new situation for us all and as time progresses, we will have more clarity on developments which we will do our best to share with you.
Firstly, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our colleagues and customers is paramount.
Secondly, our sales, service and repair facilities are now closed. However, we will try our best to make arrangements for urgent work on vehicles belonging to key workers. This will be by appointment only and can be arranged via the contact info below.
Thirdly, if your vehicle is due an MOT test the government have now published some guidance. If you have any questions, please contact us to discuss further. You can find our more at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-mots-for-cars-vans-and-motorcycles-due-from-30-march-2020 Once we are allowed to open we can book your MOT test appointment immediately.
We do envisage many customers and friends will have some questions:
What if my vehicle was booked in for service or repair?
If your car was booked in for service or repair any time in the next 3 weeks, we are no longer able to accommodate your original booking due to our closure. In this ever-changing situation it will take time for everything to become fully clear. We are already planning additional capacity for when we are able to safely return to work in order to get bookings arranged as promptly as possible.
What if I was meant to collect a vehicle
All sold vehicles, whether new or used, are currently safely stored. We will contact you to arrange delivery when we are instructed it is safe to do so. If you are a key worker and require your vehicle, please contact us via the options below.
What happens if my car breaks down?
If you are a key worker, please contact us through the options below. We have various solutions to keep you on the road. If your Ford is covered by Ford Assist AA cover then contact the Ford number below.
Road Side Assistance (AA) has been extended by 4 weeks.
Ford have extended all Road Side Assistance (AA) contracts by 4 weeks that are due to end between 20th March -20th April 2020. This includes AA cover on new Ford Vehicles that are reaching their 1st year in service AND all vehicles with a contract issued when it was last serviced. This 4 week extension period will continue to be reviewed to ensure all customers are supported.
