No Touch Vehicle Purchase
If you’ve recently travelled to an impacted area, we ask you to cancel your visit to our premises. We recommend you first connect with your Hills Ford representative before confirming your appointment. We ask all customers to wash their hands on arrival and respect the required distance between themselves and our team. Handshaking is not permitted but feel free to elbow bump! Subject to availability we will have hand sanitisers within all customer facing areas.
If you decide not to visit our premises our teams can send you personalised, high quality product movies for your perusal. We can then discuss by the appropriate video link and fulfil your purchase requirement. You can secure your vehicle of choice via our online deposit option and we can transact most of the agreement remotely.
It’s sensible Hills Ford promote a ‘no touch vehicle purchase’ process. This means we prefer not to be taking cash payments. To help protect our staff and we encourage the use of credit and debit cards. Where you need to visit the dealership, at any point. we can assure you appropriate measures will be applied to ensure distancing and minimal personal contact.
No Touch Service & Repair
If you’ve recently travelled to an impacted area, we ask you not to visit our premises. We’ll happily offer collection and delivery so please contact our team to make arrangements. At time of publication we are aiming to fulfil a full schedule of MOTs, service and repair work. All technicians will wear protective gloves and all vehicles touch points will be washed on arrival and prior to departure; door handles, steering wheel, gear selector and controls.
